New Leunig Painting

Michael Leunig has recently completed a beautiful painting called 'Fugue' - an image of which can be seen on the 'Paintings' page of the 'Leunig' section of our stockroom.

Interesting Paul..liked the ramp..very sbloymic of the fate of a once great super power..well I say great..but..being British..alll things are relative.The USA empire stretched from the end of the second world war until 2008. About 60 years.Luckily just a brief moment in time perhaps half a chapter in a future history book.And now begins the reign of the East..wonder how long it will last .and if they will also be the next super power in ART as well???

Thank you so much for your wonderful support in getting 'The Encounter' to my husband for his 60th birthday. Ian has long been a devoted fan of Michael Leunig and he was delighted!

Sidney Nolan's 'Ned Kelly' Prints

We have just added three iconic Sidney Nolan artworks to the stockroom. 'The Evening, 'The Burning Tree' and 'Morning Camp' are screenprints from Sidney Nolan's 'Ned Kelly II' set which was published by Marlborough Graphics, London in the 1970's. Images of the works which are for sale can be seen on the 'Sidney Nolan' page of the artists section of the website.
